There might come a time where you will need to secure a Municipal Trial Court (MTC) clearance, Fiscal's clearance, and Regional Trial Court (RTC) clearance as pre-employment requirements for a job you have applied for. It really depends from employer to employer if what will be the requirements that they will require for an applicant.
Municipal Trial Court Clearance
MTC clearance in the Municipality of Consolacion, Cebu Province can be acquired in 2/F New Municipal Hall, Cebu N. Road, in front of San Narsico Parish church. Here are the requirements:
- Personal Appearance
- Police Clearance
- Php 50.00 fee
And just to be sure, request at least 2 authenticated copies for your own. Make sure that the authenticated copies will also have a dry seal on it. Unfortunately for me, the clerk who issued the MTC clearance is not sure if until when is the validity of the clearance.
Regional Trial Court Clearance
RTC clearance for those residing in the Municipality of Consolacion can be acquired in the Hall of Justice, C.D. Sereno St. corner Mantawe Ave., Mandaue City. Here are the requirements:
- Personal Appearance
- Police Clearance
- Php 50 fee
Its validity is only 30 days as indicated in the RTC clearance.
Fiscal's Clearance
Fiscal's clearance for those residing in the Municipality of Consolacion can be acquired in the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Chief Fernan Hall of Justice, Capitol Compound, Cebu City. The requirements are:
- Personal Appearance
- Duly accomplished form for fiscal's clearance
- Php 50 fee (Php 75 for 3 authenticated copies)
Fiscal's clearance validity is also 30 days as indicated in the clearance.
